Two weeks ahead is comfortable; four weeks ahead for end-of-month and bank holidays. We can sometimes accommodate same-week moves — ring us and we’ll be honest about availability.
Yes, as an optional add-on, priced per room. Half of our customers do their own; the rest hand it over. Either’s fine.
You arrange it, we advise. Royal Borough of Kingston, Richmond, and Wandsworth all have online parking suspension portals; we’ll point you at the right form.
Yes, with our goods-in-transit cover. We’ll share the certificate on request and the limit per item is in your written quotation. For high-value items (art, antiques, family heirlooms over £5,000), we’ll discuss a specific schedule.
For very small moves yes (think single-room or studio). We don’t share trucks across customers — we just price honestly for the volume.
