Mind the Clearance Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for any personal information you give us. We’re registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO reg. no. ZA000000) and operate under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Contact information — your name, address, postcode, phone number, email.
• Job information — what needs clearing, photos you send us, access notes.
• Paperwork — signed walk-through forms, waste transfer notes, invoices.
• Website analytics — aggregated, anonymous usage data via privacy-friendly analytics.

What we use it for

• To quote, schedule, and complete the work you’ve asked us to do.
• To meet our legal obligations (waste transfer notes are retained for 2 years; invoices for 6 years).
• To follow up after a job and ask for a review.

Who we share it with

Only the people we need to in order to do the job: our crew, our accountant (HMRC compliance), and (if relevant) the licensed disposal site whose paperwork carries your postcode. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, and to complain to the ICO if you’re unhappy. To exercise any of these, email hello@mindtheclearance.co.uk.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use tracking cookies. We do not run advertising cookies on the site.
