Yes. Many of our probate clients are based out of the area. We collect keys from the solicitor or estate agent, video-call the walk-through, and send paperwork digitally.
We treat anything personal as items to set aside for the family by default, even if you said it could go. We’ll send a photo before any borderline item leaves the property.
We photograph anything that looks like it might have resale value before it moves. We can refer to a local valuer (no fee). For confirmed valuables we recommend they leave the property with the executor, not the clearance crew.
Yes. We can hold a slot, do an inventory visit only, and clear once paperwork is through.
